Account Deletion

At Wallyo, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to stop using our Services and delete your account, you can do so at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

The easiest and fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Wallyo app:

1. Open the Wallyo app on your device.
2. Go to Settings.
3. On Privacy and Security section, tap on Delete Account.
4. Confirm your decision when prompted.

Alternative Deletion Request

If you no longer have the app installed or are unable to access your account, you can request account deletion by emailing us at:

Please note: For security reasons, deletion requests via email must be sent from the email address associated with the account you wish to delete.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• Immediate Access Loss: You will immediately lose access to the app and all its premium features.
• Account Data Removal: Your account information will be permanently deleted from our systems.
• Google Drive Backups: Backups stored in your Google Drive remain in your control. You can keep or delete them directly from your Google Drive account.
• Local Data: Data stored locally on your device will remain until you uninstall the app or clear app data.

Subscription Management

Deleting your Wallyo account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You must cancel your subscription directly through the respective store settings to avoid future charges.
